At no point in time has the divide between Republican and Democrat, conservative and liberal, been so great. In fact, the division is so wide that it’s becoming dangerous. A country that was founded on the premise of freedom is quickly losing its identity. And while neither side is handling the divide as well as it could, it’s clear that the modern liberal has transitioned from a free thinker into an oblivious product of a system that demonizes intellectual freedom.
Where Liberals are Missing the Mark
Let’s be clear about one thing: Not all liberals are evil or stupid. The majority are simply uninterested in hearing opinions that don’t align with their beliefs. In particular, let’s examine two areas where the modern liberal is missing the mark.
1. Victimization and a Lack of Responsibility
Have you noticed recently that liberals are always victims? Do you know a liberal who isn’t currently being victimized by something? Whether it’s race, gender, wages, weapons, or anything in between, liberals glorify those who are oppressed – regardless of whether or not the oppression is a figment of their imaginations.
This habit of labeling yourself a “victim” is pervasive in the liberal community and speaks directly to something your average leftist disdains: responsibility. If you look up the definition of responsibility, there are a few different explanations. One is: “The state or fact of being accountable or to blame for something.” Another is: “The opportunity or ability to act independently and make decisions without authorization.”

Liberals don't have anything PAST name calling.
Some months back I was confronted with the 'Trump is Hitler' thing... so I said, "OMG you think Trumps going to kill 6 million Jews?' Got a 'no' response. Then I said, 'you think he's going to put homosexuals in Concentration Camps?.. "no"... (at this point I should have said 'do you think Trump's going to be a mediocre painter? - but I didn't think of that until later.) Anyhow I got the 'he's going to be a strongman'... but the person saying this wasn't familiar with the underlying concept so I said, "you want to elect someone weak?'... then smiled and changed the subject.
Liberals of old would have argued the points... but today they can't. They've relied on 'name calling' for too long... We need to grow backbones and very nicely but firmly - stand up to them.

It wasn’t that long ago when a person’s political leanings meant nothing to me. Now they define that person in ways I never expected and it gets more important every year and election season. It really is amazing how different a lib-prog verses a conservative really is. Night and day.
Maybe it’s me that’s changing and becoming more aware but I believe the brainwashing that has been happening in K-12 and college is turning adults into indoctrinated lib-progs. They are incapable of thinking for themselves and want to silence anyone who thinks differently.
They quite literally cannot understand reality. Their brains have been changed in such a way as to make it impossible for them. I truly believe at least 40% come out of schools brainwashed and indoctrinated to the lib-prog way. Those are the feeble-minded ones. The rest are immune to this and find their own way through life without being a victim of some kind.
I have witnessed this first hand and was shocked when a lib-prog, he was even an old guy, could not see what was so obvious right in front of him. He could not see obie was reading a teleprompter. He believed with every cell in his body that obie was speaking from the heart which as we all now know with certainty is impossible. He doesn’t have one.

That is why they have pushed Political Correctness. PC is their tool to control the narrative. PC is censorship and prevents honest, constructive dialogue. As you said, today they can’t do that.

The Left is NOT out of touch with reality! Liberals see total power as within reach and it is. The reality and their reality is that the left desires to Rule and to expropriate all the wealth in the world. And they just might do it.
Only liberals, and I know some and am related to some, who believe that liberals will improve the lot of everyone are necessarily stupid. Liberals who have clear eyes for their direction are not stupid and they are evil.
The Public School System is why I believe the Republic is inexorably headed for totalitarianism and economic collapse, to a division between the .5%, the 90% slave labor class, and the 9.5% petty criminal class. We have had several generations of schools that teach no history or anything else useful to independence and prosperity and freedom. Most of the population now has no connection with history. Few people can compare what is proposed with what has happened in the past. Logic has been relegated to the few who develop it spontaneously. This population cannot live in a free republic. The track was switched with the 16th, 17yh, and 19th Amendments, Teddy and Wilson’s Progressive Amendments. The original track has rusted and is not even visible anymore.
One's primary choice is whether to think or not to think. When one refuses or is unable to choose to think, one is left with a disintegrated mode of thought, subjectivism, emotionalism, social metaphysics, and a concrete bound anti=conceptual mentality. One becomes a mindless automaton. This is the mental state of most of today's libtards.

I agree. But they are also Fascists and I like the libs hear me refer to them as that because “Fascist” is a term they hate.
