That will probably happen when we give the district back to Maryland, turn the area from the ellipse to the capitol building into a national historical site and build a new capitol somewhere on an island or peninsula on the Mississippi donated by Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois or Iowa.

1. Greys Island, Willow Bar and Mud Island near Keokuk, Iowa.
   
2. Gabaret Island and Chouteau Island near Alton, Illinois.
   
3. That little isolated peninsula in Kentucky just south of New Madrid, Missouri.
