The thing is ... Trump wasn’t even *implying* assassination while Kerry and Clinton clearly WERE.
The media is trying to this into a false equivalence so that everyone thinks that Trump did the same thing Hillary did in 2008. They aren’t even remotely similar!
In Clinton’s case, Kennedy was gunned down by Sirhan Sirhan. You can’t come to any other conclusion.
In Trump’s case, he was clearly indicating that the NRA would fight back ... it’s only liberal projection that equates his statement to assassination. His entire context implied fighting in a political sense, not the way liberals handle political problems using guns.
