Yes you can repeat a wise-crack, of course. You can also use sarcasm to make a totally valid point. Here the point is that the bias of Obama in misusing the resources of the Presidency, more than any other factor enabled the early success of Isis.

Admittedly, the confused Neocons in the Bush Administration started the "bull in a china shop approach" to the afflicted area, in the Near East by proclaiming a cultural attack. I am not suggesting Obama is the only miscreant involved.
