Besides personal responsibility which too many lack, the democrat party is responsible for keeping them on the "plantation" and caring not except for their votes.
Look at all the dismissed charges. This guy had to be a CI, confidential informant.
He serves one day for a concealed weapon? Seriously?
My son got 30 days in jail for breaking a protection order. He is mentally impaired, low IQ and people take advantage of him, namely women. This girl put a PPO on him because he wouldn’t give her money from his disability check for drugs. Then she calls him and baits him into calling her; thus breaking the PPO. He goes to jail.
This is just crazy.
dismissed charges are going to get us all killed...

As I write this, Sheriff David Clarke is reviewing Smith’s arrest record in a press conference. Most of the charges brought against Smith were dismissed. As he noted, criminals need to be held accountable; when charges are dismissed—for whatever reason—it’s a free ticket for them to prey on the public again.
Clarke also deserves kudos for asking Governor Walker to mobilize the National Guard. He understands that the Guard needs time to gather its resources and deploy. Clarke also made it very clear that this will not be another “Ferguson,” where days passed before the Guard was deployed and the thugs had a field day.
Wonder if Clarke would consider a run for governor when Walker reaches the end of his current term. The man is very impressive, to say the least.
