Not yet. The understanding is that the producers asked Bruce two questions for Season 3 (and you need Season 3 to cash-in on rerun package$; that's why you see so many two-season shows): Will you finally date guys? Will you go thru with surgery? Answers were no and no = cancelled.

It was also a way to force Bruce back to Kardashian hell...without rerun package residuals, s/he needs KUWTK money.
