I believe it is that Beltway money that controls the media. The media are deliberately liberal because this helps the Beltway money to get to those who have influence over the media.

In other words, the Media serves the interests of it's masters. It promulgates Liberal crap because these policies help to enrich the right people.

One reason among many why we can't get the government's budget under control. Two many people influential with the media are sucking up that pork.
