Just FYI...Rio is one of the most violent cities on earth. Absolutely. I've been through it. I didn't wear anything of value whatsoever. Shirt, shorts and chinelas (flip flops.) I've been 4 times for partying and had a great time, but now that is years and years ago. It's all very sad to hear it could possibly get worse. I warned my friends again and again about Lula and Dilma but now they are seeing where it has brought them and they are horrified at the destruction socialist policy has wrought on their nation.
