ASYLUM seekers in Germany are refusing to undertake work to counteract boredom - using Chancellor Angela Merkel’s generous hospitality as an excuse.

According to mayor Bernd Pohlers of the eastern town of Saxony Waldenburg, the asylum seekers refused to accept the work that was offered to them after they arrived in the country.

The local council spent £600 arranging for the men to have uniforms but were stunned when they were told they would not complete it because they were "guests of Angela Merkel".

While asylum seekers are not allowed to work under immigration rules within the EU, they are allowed to do voluntary work.

However officials in the district of Zwickau came up with a plan to help encourage those without employment to get back to work and to help them become more accepted within the local community.

In order to do this they created voluntary jobs which included a nominal payment of £18 for 20 hours work.

Too bad the Germans don’t know the Biblical cure for this attitude: “If any would not work, neither shall he eat.” (2 Thessalonians 3:10) We are not obligated to feed the lazy.

No. Problem. They’re Merkel’s guests, so dump them at her place.

And/or send her the bill for all the welfare benefits they receive.

Well, they think their work is blow things up and kill Germans for Allah. They can’t do that important work if they have phoney baloney jobs from the government.

I wish I could find it but I was watching a video a while back that talked about ‘guests’ in the muslim world. Muslims feel that if they are invited as a guest, it’s the host’s duty to the moongod to provide for all their desires. If they put on your shoes, you can’t complain, you just have to wait until they get tired of wearing them and give them back. They claim this is from Abraham, but muslims also forget that there are duties to being a guest, like respecting the host’s family and not staying more than 3 days. Bottom line is, these ‘guests’ have overstayed their welcome by any interpretation of the moongod and should go home, in spite of Merkel’s ill-informed use of the verbage ‘guest’.

This kind of 'upsets' the decades old rational for allowing immigration into western Europe. Since WW2, their birthrate has been declining WHILE their social welfare state has required more workers & taxes.

W. Germany started accepting Turkish 'guest workers' decades ago, initially with the understanding that families would stay in Turkey and the workers would never be citizens. I think that has been declared illegal by the EU Human Rights or its predecessor. Now, with this wave, it will only get worse, especially with NO WORKERS!

One has to wonder — which one was worse for Germany, Herr Hitler or Frau Merkel.

Exactly. Can you imagine Benjamin Franklin or any of the other Founders putting up with this nonsense?
