Only he and his immediate circle of Hollyweirds will whoop and holler over it, the rest of the US .... meh.
Given Hollywoods dearth of ideas, I'm sure we'll be seeing "The Obamas Date Two: Electric Boogaloo", and "Date III - Now in 3D!!".
