I think they have found a way to justify their own racism!
It’s not segregated housing, its a BENEFIT!
They’ve given up on “equal”, and have set such low standards for black students that they are often unemployable after college. They want to create comfortable experiences where everyone speaks poor English and nobody knows much of anything at all. They’re all winners!
