This is technically true. As per "Definition of the word "is" defense...."
She did more than know, she showed up at planned Foundation events with coordination by her staff who were working 2-3 jobs at once.
Actually, technically speaking and in every other way speaking her staff were Foundation employees or representatives and Hillary by her agreement should have gotten written approval for each contact.
How can SOS staff legally hold other Fundstion jobs, deal with access and money and not be involved in criminal activity?

One thing I truly like about Trump, he is NOT an attorney. I am beyond tired of the wordsmithing by the POS who permeate the executive roles of our government.
Ethics wise, there is a huge difference between working for the government and having a side job completely distinct from each other. Lets say the distinction between being the head of an agency and being a moonlighting artist. Being a secretary for an agency head and being a secretary for the agency head’s contracted business is a complete conflict, even if authorized by the agency head. Of course some lawyer will say but the ethics officer said it was OK especially when the ethics officer realizes they work for the same person who authorized the outside work.
Man (or in this case, woman) cannot serve two masters; either they will love the one and hate the other or hate the one and love the other. Unfortunately, the disserved “master” in this case would appear to be the American people.

We also know Clinton Foundation (the Clinton’s themselves) have Canadian and other international ways in that she set up to try and avoid the light of day on her donors.
Somehow by the grace of something her brother got the only (gold) mining permit in 50 years in Africa while she was SOS.
Financials which they had to refile on their foundations had to be refilled because they left out a 150 million or so. And just last night I heard an interview with a guy person who wrote a book about Clinton who stated her foundation public financials don’t add up and their Arkansas accounting firm did everything to avoid money being traceable. The financials don’t appear to account for tens of millions of dollars.
Yet what is next, Hillary did not get money herself?
Her family did and internationally she may have millions in accounts overseas easily.

Hillary's deal is that she doesn't believe that ANY of the rules apply to her.
This is where all the drama that follows her around comes from. She's a complete sociopath, and she's gonna BY GOD get her way, no matter what.
