Jerry Seinfeld has this online show called "Comedians in Cars, Getting Coffee". It's a good insight to the mind of a comedian.

One of the episodes is with Mel and Carl. It was sad and funny: two widowers ordering dinner from Subway and watching Jeopardy together every evening. (S1/Episode 9)
