This is unconstitutional. Elections are a power of the States! That doesn't exist anymore. State Governors are nothing more than Upper Managers to the Federal Leviathan, with the President as CEO.

Absolutely right, but as far as Obama is concerned, he's in charge of everything and whatever he says goes. What legislator or judge would be willing to stand up to him and resist? I can't think of anybody offhand.
