Naw, you gotta build the wall first or they just come right back in.
Just to be clear I don’t mean a road INSTEAD OF the wall, I just mean that included in the wall (on our side) should be a nice highway - it will need to be traversed by security anyway, might as well get a nice new interstate out of it
