It seems paradoxical that you must ban the burkini to protect free expression, but the burkini itself is an imposition of censorship and opression.
In WWII we banned Nazi activities despite the first amendment. It isn’t a paradox. Our constitution, or any social compact is never meant to be a suicide pact.
