Sounds like what you heard on CBS is correct. From the Detroit Free Press:
“•Trump is expected to tape a one-on-one interview Saturday morning with Bishop Wayne T. Jackson on the pastor’s Impact Network, the television network Jackson founded in 2010. That interview will not be open to the public or media and won’t be aired for at least a week. Church officials said they provided the questions Jackson would ask to the Trump campaign. But a furor over that opportunity for Trump to prepare his answers in advance caused Jackson to tell CNN Friday that he has prepared new questions for the interview that Trump has not seen.
•The New York businessman will attend the church’s service, which begins at 11 a.m. The campaign told the New York Times Thursday night that Trump would deliver brief remarks to the congregation, but Jackson said Friday that will not happen. “He’s not going to address” the congregation, Jackson said on CNN. “He’s sitting in the service.””

I do hope cameras will be there for the Trump/Carson tour. Haven’t seen/heard anything yet. Maybe the USSS doesn’t want to let the info out for safety purposes. Perhaps Trump/Carson will give a presser or release a statement after the tour. It wouldn’t surprise me if Carson was on at least Sunday a.m. talk show tomorrow.
Glad I tuned in my CBS channel last night to hear about the tape delay of the interview.
Overslept a bit this morning, but so far haven’t gotten anything on any of the news channels.
Hopefully, something develops in the next couple hours.

CSPAN only has a replay of Trump’s Immigration speech at NOON.
No update on my end to share at this moment.
Impact does have a live stream.
I have Directv but there is no active programming on Channel 380 at this time.

Want to see Trump and Dr. Carson in Carson’s hometown.
Did searches on google and youtube moments ago and came up dry.

Trump expected to attend services, may or may not speak.
CNN screen says he may or may tour city with Carson.
Will be doing the Impact interview after the church service.
Again, CNN seems to be the leader for coverage today.
Brief mention on MSNBC.
Nothing on Fox and Friends at all so far.
Not until at least next week, per CBS news.
Again, CNN says Trump may or may NOT speak.
And may or may NOT tour with Carson.
