I give Trump a lot if credits for doing this. It is strategically smart thing to do. Yes, he may still not get black votes in large scale, but black churches now have less incentives to organize and bus the inner city blacks to vote for Hillary to deliver blocks of votes. If he can achieve that, that’s a great victory
