I add this knowing it could help Criminals. But it is intended to help the innocent and it comes from personal experience.
When speaking with investigators if you are innocent request your conversation to be taped completely. I was in Law Enforcement for over 30 years and upon retiring I was involved in an Internal Investigation and agreed to speak with Investigators. They were Two retired FBI Agents and upon my life and the life of all I love I told the Truth. When they were questioning me they had a recorder present and I assumed they were taping what I said. When it was all over I was accused of knowing something and doing nothing about it. I swear on all that is holy to me it was a false accusation and an outright lie. I asked my attorney who came aboard after the questioning to get a copy of the tape. The Two Investigators said they were going by their notes and no tape was made. The tape recorder was present I just do not recall everything about it but I have no doubts,after Thirty years with an unblemished record I was screwed. I begged to take a Polygraph and even agreed to take a truth serum and was not allowed. I tried to take this to court as a Civil Matter and the Supreme Court in my State said I could not because I was a Public Figure. It hurts to an extent to tell this but I do not trust the System I worked for and when I see things that politicians and Hillary does it irritates me. It also hurts to see so many folks being found innocent after serving so much time in jail or prison. In the long run they say well a jury convicted them. Let me tell you I did not have a jury because the System is run by Lawyers and politicians and it is the lawyer that controls the outcome no one else. Even if you have a jury that is honest without the facts they base it on what they hear and the Judge who is a lawyer decides what can and cannot be said or told. I am 77 years of age and I am ashamed of my country and the System. I have always been told we have the best system in the world but I have heard that over and over and they have not improved it and the sad part is that Court does not seek the truth or Justice it is more about lawyers and acting!
