It may be better to wait until early voting just begins. No changing the ballot after that. A real mess IMO.

If Assange has something, he needs to get it out before early voting begins.
It's probably better to release stuff the day before a debate. Otherwise, Hillary will fall back on her standard "old news" dismissal.
