Mr. Trump, a real man, will unashamedly display his admiration for Ms. Schlafly, a real woman.

Contrast that with how Hillary (or her ilk) has nothing but scorn for her.

Give it 48 hours.

Schlafley is one of my favorite Conservatives ever. That being said, I don’t think she was pivotal to Trump’s nomination.

She wasn’t broadly enough known by the rank and file Conservatives these days, for her to have been that instrumental. I will say that older Conservatives who knew of her should have been impressed, but I even saw evidence of some of them ignoring her.

Phyllis was a great Conservative, and age didn’t stop her from remaining tuned in and knowledgeable.

Her endorsement gave me comfort. I think she was a great lady.
