The Breaking News sidebar usually has the Live Threads of these types of forums near the top.
That’s the link to his speech at the Union League.
If you want to watch a re-play of an event .. go to C-SPAN.com, and search all 3 channels. If they are not there, you can submit a request of one that you’d like to see; and maybe they’ll add it to their list.
It was a great speech and worth the trouble to find.
Or, you can check with FNC.com or FBN.com - who I believe also ran that speech and they may have a video of it.
