Jill Stein, the Green Party's candidate for president, is facing charges of vandalism and trespassing at a North Dakota construction site.
According to the Bismarck Tribune, Stein was caught on camera spray painting construction equipment during the protest of a Dakota Access Pipeline.
The Morton County Sheriff's Department issued arrest warrants for both Stein and her running mate, Ajamu Baraka, on Wednesday afternoon, charging the pair with criminal trespass and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors.
Stein and Baraka are accused of spray painting "I approve this message" and "We need decolonization" on construction equipment.

This is orchestrated by the powers-that-be in the Rat party. Celebrities and other liberals do this type of stuff everyday and they don’t get arrested. Removing Stein would give Hillary a few more points in the polls.
Vandalism and trespassing.
Clearly much more serious than perjury and spoliation of evidence.
She still doesn’t get or deserve a pass. I think the Massachusetts State Troopers would enjoy slapping the cuffs on Dr. Stein, given the opportunity.
Yep—that extra 2-3% could be the difference in this election.
Still, if Trump continues to perform well through the debates and fraud is kept in check, I believe this is his election to lose.
I reckon that in the USA today, vandalism is a bigger crime than Treason by the state dept.

True, but getting arrested as a Presidential candidate - especially for something as minor as vandalism - is amateur hour. The pros are above the law.
I am sure she had no criminal intent. Maybe she just forgot she did it. Can she blame a staff member?

The Democrats as in Obama made a big stink about not building the Keystone XL pipeline to Texas and the Left was told Obama cared about ‘mother earth’ sacred to Native Americans etc. etc.
But now he turns around and allows the Dakota Access Pipeline to be built on land Native Americans want to preserve to move the North Dakota oil to Illinois (coincidence?).
In its protest of DAPL the Left calls out the Democrat Party and its fake progressivism that’s a front for its very real corporatism.
The Dems play politics as usual just like the GOPe does fully subservient to big business and big banking interests that fund their political machines.

This seems orchestrated. Green Party voters might be more motivated to get out the vote if she were in jail for “raging against the machine.” Surly someone with a doctorate degree would be smart enough to consult the anarchist cookbook if they didn’t want to get caught.
Too late to remove Stein. My view is that this will make her a martyr on the left, give her positive publicity for the left, and maybe increase her current 2% up to as much as 5%. She’s capable of using her news exposure, I think.
