No, I think she was dehydrated at that point. After all, her staff have disclosed that they have trouble getting her to drink water. Dehydration is a real problem for Hillary and her staff, you know, what with her not liking water and all. She hates water so much, she spits lozenges into it. There 'tis. What more proof is there? Yep, hates water. Then she gets dehydrated. She's brilliant, you know, but when it comes to water, she's dumb as a box of Kleenex.
