"I don’t know that I agree with suing the EPIX channel for showing it, as they didn’t make the film. I think they even pulled it when they heard about the edits." An excellent legal tactic to force EPIX to testify in front of the jury that they pulled the video when they were advised it was a fraud.

I’m not sure I agree. Their editing made a group dedicated to defending the 2nd amend mentioned look like idiots, and that could have direct financial damage to the group.
