I don’t know that I agree with suing the EPIX channel for showing it, as they didn’t make the film. I think they even pulled it when they heard about the edits.

Let EPIX provide copies of their emails with Ms. Couric and company.... Never can tell what will drop out on the table.

An excellent legal tactic to force EPIX to testify in front of the jury that they pulled the video when they were advised it was a fraud.
