The loss of a beloved dog is heartbreaking. I lost my last baby over a year ago and I still get caught off guard and sob.

I’m very sorry about your loss. We’re approaching four year since our greyhound, Ash, died, and I’m still not ready to consider another dog.
I’m so sorry. I lost my Becca over the weekend. Fur-kids don’t live long enough.

Aw... I know the feeling. I went 5 years without a pet after my beloved Kato died. It was too painful to think about going through again. But I finally got a cat. She’s getting up there too now though...
I’ve found the most difficult thing about having a pet is that we outlive them. If a person has had pets throughout much of his-her lifetime, the sadness of losing them tends to add up.
It’s a real problem. Let’s do somethin’ about that.
Thank goodness that you still have 2 furry friends. I was going to tell you to get another pup soon to help heal the hurt. I know you will miss Rex but they will help.

Sorry for your loss. Sounds like you have lots of wonderful memories of your time together.
We have two cats and four lizards, but a dog takes up more room. We’d like some kids to move out before we get another greyhound. Ash, the best dog on earth, had bone cancer, and I nursed her when I had a baby and lot of other stress.
