I think you're dreaming there. I don't think Trump would win New Jersey, New York or Rhode Island in a million years. NH is a possibility, and I think he'd get at least one of Maine's four EVs.
Trump will win PA before he wins NJ, NY or RI.

RI, NY and NJ - not a chance. RI is the most democratic state in the nation and easily the least likely to flip. NY is more democratic than California and NJ is a tease, but is never close.
NH and Maine's 3 EVs are a much more reasonable guess to turn red.
