Waiting for the spin from the skinny community.
Something’s left out here. No proof of insurance usually means you dont have your card on you. you send in a copy in 24 hours and there’s no fine.
NO ONE pays 340 dollars for not having their insurance card on them.
What’s missing.
And if he HAD NO insurance, he should have been arrested.
Quality of life arrests, the ones Rudy went after to clean up the NY streets.
He didn’t show up for his court date ...
It’s called trying to stay under the radar.
I have to look up the fine in NY for that. HE MUST have for some CRAZY reason requested a court date, because there was no need for one.
He just had to mail in proof or the original fine.
Why would a character like this MAKE a court date, unless things are SO different where this happened.
I was expecting the standard
- he was a good boy
- everybody loved him
- he was so friendly to the neighbors
- he was looking forward to getting his degree in basketweaving/molecular engineering
- he loved his momma
I DIDN’T READ CLOSE ENOUGH!!! TRAFFIC VIOLATION ALSO!!!!!
SORRY!!!
“NO ONE pays 340 dollars for not having their insurance card on them.

Actual insurance?
You can’t mail what you don’t have.
No. There was a traffic violation!!! I didn’t read close enough the first time.
cops dont LET YOU leave if you have no insurance. You get arrested.
His Daddy said he was a good kid.
Not in Minnesota. The insurance thing is just another infraction on top of whatever offence you were pulled over for.
wow.
“No. There was a traffic violation!!! I didnt read close enough the first time.

Well, that’s not the law here in California. You are not arrested, but your car is impounded at the scene.
It’ probably not the law here either. I need to check now :)
You’re absolutely right. I looked it up.
Mostly everywhere except a few places your car gets towed
If you have outstanding already you can get arrested.
Outstanding will get you a free ride, insurance or not!
;-)
lol
