Obama gave the money in cash because the Iranians demanded to do it that way. It is far easier to skim for those at the top and to distribute to their state-sponsored terrorist organizations.

The Iran deal is so important for the Obama administration, they will do whatever is necessary to preserve it, including caving into Iranian demands and excusing their bellicose actions. The idea that the Iranians took our sailors and humiliated them without any real response from us gives you an indication as to how far Obama will go to save the deal.

You can bet that any violations will be overlooked until he leaves office and Hillary will continue on the same path. The deal Bill Clinton negotiated with NK to prevent them from acquiring nuclear weapons (LOL) shows how the Iran deal will turn out.
