The local “style” of hotdog involves mustard, slaw, chili and onions. But, there are other varieties. I’ve seen pickle relish, mustard, ketchup and onion on one, many restaurants offer them that way, some with bacon also or even cheddar cheese, and I have even eaten them that way before. It’s not bad. What is this “queer” thing about ketchup on a hot dog? Never heard it before.

“challenged Trump to a fistfight”

I doubt Duterte will put his money where his mouth is when push comes to shove-but that would be a hell of a cage match-and my money would be on Trump...

Potty-mouthed Philippine President Duterte gives E.U. the middle finger

First he launches a vigilante crusade that has resulted in thousands of dead drug dealers, then he calls Obama the son of a whore, and now he's giving the middle finger to the EU?

I'm really starting to like this guy. :)

Yeah, he called Barry Soetoro a son-of-a-whore, and is doing his best to piss off the UN.

This guy is trying real hard to make me like him.

That's what *I* said! :)

We cannot imagine what has happened in places like Colombia and the Philippines. I have very mixed feelings about Duterte, but he seems to be taking the “War on Drugs” idea VERY literally. A proper war, of course, is a prelude to victory and peace.

I am of divided mind about this. Dueterte has launched a vigilante campaign that has gotten a lot of people killed, and these people did not receive the rights they were due under the law.

On the other hand, making it difficult for drug dealers to stay alive is very much in the interests of his nation.

I have long said that the reason our "war on drugs" isn't accomplishing anything is because we do not treat it like we would an actual war.

When we are having the bodies of dead drug dealers piling up, then we can be said to be taking it seriously.

How about a straight-shooter who is honest, competent, aggressive in business yet respectful of humans?
That should not be too much to expect.....

It is a lot to expect. I found them to be extremely rare. The ones who were, were sidelined by office politics and often pushed out. There was this one group I managed, with an older fellow that seemed burned out but often gave me some advice on how to treat employees. My bosses wanted me to fire him, looking for various excuses for me to do so. I learned from others that he was a former manager who was demoted and pushed to a corner job. He was one of those straight-shooters who was honest but got in the cross-hairs of corrupt bosses for calling them out. I stood up for him, and refused to fire him and kept him until he retired. It got me in trouble with the higher-ups, and some other things I did to protect my crew eventually led to my being removed from that department to be a manager elsewhere. So as much as you might wish a boss who is respectful of humans, reality says otherwise.

The folks at the COMPOST don’t like it when they get b!tch slapped in the face by the real world.
The COMPOST staff is clutching their pearls and swooning at the thought of a little HARSH LANGUAGE. I guess the pink panty pukes think the whole world should work by the same rules as their DC cocktail parties.

If killing those who peddle destructive lies becomes normal, socialists might be next after drug dealers.

You nailed it right there.

Looks like there will be plenty more reality checks in their future should Mr. Trump become President Trump. About time.
