This Tiny Georgia Town Received More Syrian Refugees Than LA And NYC Combined

Stone Mountain, Georgia — a city with just over 6,000 residents and a poverty rate well above the national average — has resettled more Syrian refugees than Los Angeles and New York City combined.

Since October 1 (the start of the fiscal year), 72 Syrian refugees have been placed in Stone Mountain, State Department data shows. Los Angeles has resettled just 45 Syrian refugees, while NYC has only resettled nine.

Syrians aren’t the only refugees placed in Stone Mountain this year. Since October 1, 299 refugees have been resettled in the Georgia town. That’s roughly five percent of Stone Mountain’s July, 2015 population (6,109, according to U.S. Census data).

The largest group of refugees are from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which had 83 refugees placed in Stone Mountain.

Stone Mountain, Georgia...a town related to the famous Confederate Stone Mountain Memorial. Now the town is to be flooded by Syrian “refugees”. Quite a coincidence, eh?

I’m from Stone Mountain. my Dad finally sold his house 4 years ago. it was u recognizable from how And where I grew up. 30 minutes outside Atlanta and it’s just a matter of time before they destroy the memorial.

Agreed. Sooner or later (and probably sooner) some Congress member or some state representative will declare that the Memorial is "hateful" and "offensive". And so the Memorial will be dynamited into dust.

That's exactly how the Nazis and the Taliban behaved. But of course no one will make that connection.

Bankrupt Fed.gov, return the USA to a real currency out of control of banks or politicians, and the whole welfare state dies immediately.

Maybe an episode of “The Andy Griffith Show” with Allahu Akbar beheading Floyd on main street would finally bring it home for people.

This means they’ll soon take howitzers to Lee and Jackson carved on the side of Stone Mountain.

“Look for more of this under Hilda”.

It’s all about registering more people as Democrats before November 8, then paying them to vote for the beast. Or for its re-election 4 years hence.

Stone Mountain is home to the “Southern Rushmore”, a giant relief statue of the Confederate leaders carved into a granite mountain. Remember the “great Confederate purge”? not long back they wanted to blow this up. Other attempts to disgrace this memorial were attempted.
Dumping M.E. refugees there seems another attempt to attack Southern American culture. Of all the places to send them, this choice seems weirdly suspicious & of ulterior motive.
