"Ethnic group will rise against ethnic group, and kingdom will rise against kingdom....."

Matthew 24:7

The original translation of Christ's words, as written by the eye witness disciples who wrote them down, was the Greek word "Ethnos" - meaning tribe or ethnic group. The latter part of His sentence,Kingdom, translates to country-state. Today, most English translations say the word "nation" instead of ethnos. This misses the original meaning of what Jesus told us. He predicted end times strife among ethnic groups.

today, people think a “nation” is a place. It is a people, a family-group.

Yes, “ethnos” shall rise against “ethnos”.

Identity politics sowed the seeds for it.
