Now that Cruz has in effect told the Never Trumpers to get on board the Trump Train, let’s hope we are joined by a LOT of Democrats and No Party voters!!!!!

These are killer numbers. Rs only trail Ds and ALL indies combined by 119k.

It means if Trump wins 55% Indies, he already is up 160k votes.

And you are right—VA doesn’t do registrations by party.

I just sent my Florida “vote by mail” request out yesterday. I’m one of the “independents”...

Question vote by mail. Are they counted for Election Day results or do they only count them if needed?

I don’t like mail in voting. No photo id is required just a signature. I will be working as a poll precinct volunteer on election day and day before to setup. Election day for me will be 6am to 8pm. Polls open 7 to 7. From earlier voting it may be a landslide for our guy.

We are registered No Party Affiliation in Florida- left the GOP in 2007 to vote for conservative candidates. And we vote by mail- the wife has COPD and we don’t want to wait in long lines with perfumes and stuff that can set off an attack.
Now my understanding is the votes are counted in advance and the signatures checked. The “tallies” are released when the polls close on Nov 8. I could have that wrong but that is my understanding of the way Governor Scott set it up.

Umm. Yeah they count them. In Florida, that was 2.4 million voters in 2012. These are not provisional.
