Obama and the DC crowd is again taking the initiative to set up more bases in Syria illegally. This is going to irk the Russians again and they will act accordingly.

I don’t agree with Obama. Hopefully Trump doesn’t either.
This should be addressed back channel to Putin as soon as Trump can manage it.
They need to take Obama out of the equation.
