No, they didn’t even exist with the paid shills at Air American ... but it doesn’t matter. Democrats are totally ‘top down’ and whoever is chosen will read stuff written for them by professional democrat operatives anyhow.
So if some ‘no listeners’ liberal DJ is chosen he’ll get a ‘packet’ with a list of questions he can choose between. Kind of like NBC got...(my guess)
