If Obama pardons her proactively Trump needs to declare it VOID due to unclean hands and hit her and the rest with criminal charges... only allow them federally funded representation after their personal funds are depleted.
I think most people forget that 8 years ago Obama used a Blackberry and refused to give it up when he entered the Office even tho it was unsecured and the alphabet agencies didn't have any access to the communications on it...

If the DoJ had indicted her, she’d have gone to the microphones with 100 copies of an email from Obama (using a pseudonym) to her private server, and said that he knew about the server, and he used it, too. It would have brought down the government.
In my mind, that’s probably what Bill showed Loretta Lynch on that plane on the tarmac - “you guys f-ck with us, and we will f-ck back, HARD. Come up with some way to avoid that, Loretta, and everyone will be happy. Now, how are your grandchildren?”
It makes you wonder if anyone in DC uses those old .gov servers for anything anymore. Which I'm sure cost the taxpayers many billions of dollars to set up.
