I never said the solution needed to be violent. As with the occupation of the federal building, they could offer peaceful resistance. If the government responds with violence, that will be on them. I never advocate violence. I advocate for following the Constitution and exercising our rights - with new intent to harm anyone, unless self defense is called for.

I’m sorry if I caused offense. I am concerned about people whose anger leads them to violence out there and my words were intended to calm them.

Martin Luther King was successful in nonviolence but he could not control those who became violent in his wake back in the 1960’s causing a tremendous backlash.

We need nonviolent acts in the coming days and months..God help us all to make good decisions and meditate on what is right and pray for those who are our enemies.
