If this judge can defy the Supreme Court's ruling on gay marriage, then what is to stop liberal judges from defying the Supreme Court's rulings on the Second Amendment?
If you do not agree with the ruling, then either recuse yourself or resign. But defiance of any Supreme Court ruling is defiance of all Supreme Court rulings.
