Clinton's people should have done a better due diligence. Machado has had a checkered past over those twenty five years, and having a child with a most wanted narco is just one of those.
Oh, she denied it at the time. But PGR( Attorney General)and the Marina investigated and reported the child was indeed the child of El Indio.

Clinton now has a visible connection to a drug cartel. It is not unreasonable to ask if they have contributed to her campaign. This story is more than just about a hooker.
But don’t fall for the media narative. The message is not that Machado is bad and worth a tweet war. The message is that Hillary has shown horrible judgment by setting up such a POS as a prop.
Then talk about Hillary’s many other poor choices, and the better vision for the country.

Sorry, but THIS card was dealt to Trump by Hillary. He should have discarded it in short order and gotten back to the issues which were winning “cards” for him. IMHO this is, at best, a distraction and, at worst, a poison pill which he should recognize as such.
