WikiLeaks has cancelled a much-anticipated announcement set for Tuesday, citing security concerns at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange lives under effective house arrest in order to avoid extradition over rape allegations.

Update: WikiLeaks reports that the Tuesday announcement will still take place as scheduled. However, instead of having Julian Assange give his announcement on the balcony of the embassy, the announcement will take place via a video conference which will air at a Berlin press conference. The press conference is slated to take place on Tuesday morning.

Assange is having a video conference with Berlin (3am EDT) on Tuesday instead. He will probably release the hacked material there.

My understanding is they cancelled the live show at the embassy in London, but the announcement will still happen via satellite from Berlin..............

They did not cancel it. They moved it inside. Julian is to do video link to Berlin. Also, “it” is about the 10 year anniversary of Wikileaks, which my o may not have HRC info. The media is purposefully trying to mislead.

UPDATED: After canceling a planned announcement in London, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange is now planning to appear via video link Tuesday morning at Wikileak’s tenth anniversary celebration in Berlin. He’s a last-minute addition to the roster of festivities taking place this week in Germany. Wikileaks used its Facebook page to confirm that Assange would speak at the event, which takes place at 3am Eastern time.

I do not think we should pin any hopes on things like this. We should be able to beat Crooked Hillary soundly on the issues alone.

Also, I'm not convinced that WikiLeaks is to be trusted. What if they were doing a dump on Donald Trump's tax returns? I'm sure they would if they could.
