Pennsylvania does not have early voting.
Everyone has to come vote in person on the same day (thank goodness) unless you request absentee ballot and provide an excuse for not showing up on election day.
The problem though is Philadelphia where you have more people voting than are registered. It has happened now every year for twenty years and nothing is ever done about. The state legislature a few years ago passed a law requiring identification when voting, and then an Obama scum judge unilateral ruled it unconstitutional.
Trump’s only chance of NOT BEING CHEATED OUT OF VICTORY is to blurt the issue out during the DEBATE...
