Racism and illegal personnel practices rife at a U.S. Treasury unit. Recently had an email go out from one executive at a non-treasury regulatory body get sent out to another half dozen regulatory agencies laying out the case in detail about illegal personnel practices by a deputy director of the Office of Financial Research. Now employees are so desperate they're willing to risk careers in hope of attracting someone's attention who can help. Watch the video, forward it widely and get it in front of those who can investigate and put a stop to this cr@p.

If what is presented on the video is true, then it sounds bad. It’s the Office of Financial Research. The Wiki article is pretty scary. It was set up after Dodd-Frank, and it has a lot of odd powers. One of them is that pay and promotions don’t have to follow regular government rules. Another thing is they can subpoena any financial business for any data they have for any reason the OFR dreams up. It even has its own slush fund set up that is initially funded by the government, but then is designed to become self-supporting through investment of “fees, appropriations and assessments”, whatever that means.
It sounds like a Dem slush fund/extortion racket/ job program.

Chances are great that blacks are treated better in the Federal Govt than other groups, especially under Obama.

“Blatant Racism - on the Moon!” Either the USA , Russia or China will have begun colonies there for mineral mining.
Call me skeptical … it IS the Obama admin, after all. EVERYTHING is about race to them. And it’s a FEDERAL JOB - I think small business owners are the ones who deserve sympathy - not federal employees, who are payed by the money TAKEN from the rest of us who work.

Sounds like they did the mandatory affirmative action hiring but didn’t promote them per quotas.
It is similar to colleges admitting a quota of unqualified minorities but not caring when they flunk out or drop out.
