The fans are the ones who pay the players’ salaries. The owner of the team simply passes on what he or she thinks that particular player is worth to the team.
The fans buy the tickets.
The fans buy the merchandise.
The fans buy the advertisers’ products.
Without the fans, there is no money to pay the salaries.
Don’t piss off the fans................

Time to stop buying tickets,
Time to stop buying the merchandise,
Time to boycott the advertisers.

If kopernick had any brains he would stop his stupid ‘protest’ and say “I made a mistake using my professional career as a forum for my personal political beliefs and from now on I will only do that off the field”
But he clearly is prettty stupid

“The fans buy the merchandise.”
I’d like to see 10,000 or 50,000 people across the country went to Academy, Dick’s or some other national sporting goods chain, walked up to the checkout counter with a basket full of NFL products, then asked to speak to the manager...and then explained to him/her that you WERE going to buy all of this stuff, but decided not to do so because the NFL didn’t give a rat’s ass about the country that made it, its owners and players so wealthy.
Believe me, word would get back to the NFL.
YouTube videos of people burning already owned NFL merchandise would go viral - and send a message.
C’mon folks, the power is in OUR hands.
