A senior official in the prosecutors office of the International Criminal Court says it is collecting information about alleged war crimes by both Israelis and Palestinians.
Phakiso Mochochoko said Friday the court would impartially investigate allegations from all sides.
The ICC launched its probe in January after the Palestinians joined the body and recognized its jurisdiction.

Women, children, whole families, day-care centers. No problem.
would America “cooperate” with such an interference with our defenses?
I think Bibi should JustSayNo
period
Hey wait!! I just bought that bridge from a Nigerian who said he owned it.
If only we had a real President, ie stood against the idiocy of the ICC even looking at Israel for “war crimes” when all it does is defend itself against Islam.
Unless Israel has ratified the Rome Treaty (last I checked they had not), the ICC has absolutely no jurisdiction over them.
Actually, the answer to your question is yes, when a Dem is president.
oops. yes you are probably correct.
what s shame!
(the extremists who’ve taken over the D party machine....are Nothing like the D party of just a few years ago. I do not know but I doubt HST or JFK or even LBJ would have permitted an openly-biased, hostile and FOREIGN “investigation” unit to enter USA and pry into our defenses....at least I don’t think so)
Actually, they’re the exact same. Remember that Clinton wanted “gays in the military” as far back as 1992?
Oh. I guess I’m so damned old that I was thinking of times and politicians long before 1992 and Clinton . Ha! Oh well, ....this problem of living in the past will go away as soon as Alzheimer’s arrives -— smile smile smile
Franklin Roosevelts rapid conversion from Constitutionalism to the doctrine of unlimited government is an oft-told story. But I am here concerned not so much by the abandonment of states rights by the national Democratic Party an event that occurred some years ago when that party was captured by the socialist ideologues in and about the labor movement as by the unmistakable tendency of the Republican Party to adopt the same course. [ ] Thus, the cornerstone of the Republic, our chief bulwark against the encroachment (on) individual freedom by Big Government, is fast disappearing under the piling sands of absolutism.Usually makes me think that it will take an act of God to reverse that damage.
The Republican Party, to be sure, gives lip service to states rights. We often talk about returning to the states their rightful powers; the Administration has even gone so far as to sponsor a federal-state conference on the problem. But deeds are what count, and I regret to say that in actual practice, the Republican Party, like the Democratic Party, summons the coercive power of the federal government whenever national leaders conclude that the states are not performing satisfactorily.
yes that is a correct assessment of the situation we face today, thanks
