Normally, in the real world, when you are hired as an expert, and you are proven to be so dramatically wrong, you are fired and have a very tough time ever finding work in that field again. If you measure the success of the prediction about Arctic sea ice in terms of unaccountable, unconstitutional government funding received by global warming alarmists concerning this issue, then failed prediction was probably a successful ploy.
