Apparently “The Apprentice” had some tape of him using racial slurs including the n word. They all had to sign an agreement not to leak anything or face a fine of five million dollars. One employee actually tweeted Mark Cuban wanting to know if he would be willing to cover the expense of the fine for the tapes.
