Opinion: Donald Trump would help working women more than Hillary Clinton would

Women have always voted for Democratic Party candidates in greater numbers than men have, and in recent weeks Donald Trump is losing women by a wider margin because of sexual-assault allegations. But the Republican nominee for president would actually help women more than Hillary Clinton would.

Here’s how: The top tax rate currently is 39.6%. The top effective rate is closer to 45% because limits on deductions add 1.2 percentage points, and the Affordable Care Act adds an extra 3.8 percentage points. Clinton has proposed an additional 4 percentage points, bringing the top federal rate to 49%. With state taxes, the top rate would be well above 60% in high-tax states such as California, New York and Connecticut.

In contrast, Donald Trump is proposing to lower the top rate to 33%, similar to House Speaker Paul Ryan’s rate. The two other rates he suggests are 25% and 12%, which would result in lower taxes for many two-earner families....

If you’re a single woman with kids and working, chances are you are a net taker with welfare lunches, gubmint supplied healthcare, childcare etc. Also raising next generation of criminals and moochers.

Thank you for referencing that article 2ndDivisionVet. As usual please note that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Patriots beware !

As mentioned in related threads, the only sex-related right that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect is voting rights, evidenced by the 19th Amendment. And that amendment gives Congress the power to strengthen women’s rights only in the context of voting issues.

In other words, the feds have no constitutional authority to address women’s rights outside the scope of voting issues imo. This is evidenced by the following excerpt from the writings of a previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices.

”From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added].” —United States v. Butler, 1936.

Also, regarding so-called federal power to address the needs of working people regardless of sex, please consider the following. Regardless what FDR’s state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices wanted everybody to think about the scope of Congress’s Commerce Clause powers (1.8.3), a previous generatinos of state sovereingty-respecting justices had clarified that the states have never delagated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution the specific power to regulate INTRAstate commerce.

”State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress [emphases added].” —Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

So once again, just as with the unconstitutional promise of federal funding for abortions, corrupt federal politicians are exploiting women by using the 19th Amendment, in conjunction with the ill-conceived 17th Amendment, to win the support of low-information women voters with the promise of a better working environment, such women probably not aware of the fed’s constitutionally limited powers.

In other words, low-information working and professional women have been unthinkingly helping to unconstitutionally expand the unconstitutionally big federal government’s powers.

Patriots are also reminded that if they don’t work with hopeful President Trump by exercising their voting muscle to politically “force” the corrupt Washington cartel to surrender state powers that the feds have stolen from the states back to the states, then it is only a matter of time before the country is once again oppressed by a president like lawless Obama.

Remember in November !

Patriots need to support Trump / Pence by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will not only work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trump’s vision for making America great again for everybody, but will also put a stop to unconstitutonal federal taxes and likewise unconstitutional inteference in state affairs.

Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

For me it is not rocket science. Trump said some scummy things. Alright, he apologized so lets move on now to policy.

The Democrat Party has for a time no longer been the party of the working poor (aka middle class). If they were they would not be doing their best to shut down good union wage industries like coal, they wouldn’t be flooding the labor market with illegals, and wouldn’t allow China to continue to cheat on trade. They also are clearly just as connected to Wall Street and those Robber Barons like Goldman Sachs as Republicans have been in the past.

So they truly are the party of the rich elite and the non-working poor.

One of the biggest benefits a working woman could ever have is a husband with a stable full-time job. And if you want more of those, ladies, I assure you out of the two choices you will NOT get more under Clinton 2.0
