I've said many times that they ought to shut down the entire Al Smith Foundation. The Catholic Church completely undermines itself when it invites these wealthy secular people -- many of them pathologically hostile to everything the Church is supposed to stand for -- to a high-profile affair like this ... ostensibly for the sole purpose of raising money.

Once the Catholic bishops get their wish and hundreds of millions of third world immigrants take over the country, even speaking against abortion will become a prosecutable crime.

So, yeah, it was a delight to see someone stand up to those Communist hypocrites, a real breath of fresh air.
