She’s not yet as embarrassingly stupid as Joe Biden, but every time she opens her fat mouth, she inches closer and closer and closer.....

No wonder she doesn't want anyone intruding on Wikipedia:

Worst Boss

In 2011 she was reported to have one of the highest staff turnovers in Congress and to be one of the worst bosses. The Huffington Post and Houston Chronicle reported that she had gone through 11 chiefs of staff in 11 years.[17][18] In 2011 she was named as one of the "worst bosses in Washington" by "Daily Caller."[19] The Huffington Post stated that "Jackson Lee regularly appears on Washingtonian magazine's list of the “Best and Worst of Congress” as the “meanest” member of House of Representatives."[17][20] That reputation as the worst boss on Capitol Hill continued; in 2012 Washingtonian again listed her as the meanest member of the House,[21] a report in 2013 concluded that "the veteran Texas Democrat had the highest turnover rate for all of Congress over the past decade."[22]

She’s safe, trust me.
Her district is a wretched hive of scum, villainy, and room temperature IQs.

Darwin is not a ruler in any case. He was a biologist not a judge. But don’t mistake my simple observation with enabling Sheila Jackson Lee. I thought her a dunce before this video, and still think her one. But in this case I call it like I see it as honestly as I can. I have heard people I greatly respect make the same kind off slip, and think nothing of it...so as an honest person I don’t think much of this slip either.

Looks inadvertent. Seems to me she may have been thinking wikileaks but her mouth said Wikipedia and she simply didn’t realize. Such mistakes are commonly made by most people and is not convincing evidence she doesn’t know the difference between the two.

Yes, and when she asked the NASA engineers if they could steer the Mars Rover over to the spot where the flag that the astronauts planted, that was inadvertent also. Just like the time when on the Congress floor, she said that our nation has been around for 400 years, that was inadvertent also. Or the time when, she said that a continuing resolution situation was martial law - that was inadvertent as well. Or the time when, on the House floor, she claimed to be a freed slave. That was also inadvertent. And she claims that we still have two Vietnams, working side by side. Yes, that was inadvertent.

On the other hand, maybe she is just a blithering idiot, and this latest gaffe is par for the course...

Yes, there are plenty of examples of her saying stupid stuff, and the fact that she is a dunce needs no more evidence. BUT (as in but-monkey) in this particular case I see no such evidence since normal people who are well aware of the difference between Wikileaks and Wikipedia could certainly make the same kind of slip.

Put another way, if one had a limited amount of time to demonstrate she is a dunce, one would be a dunce to use this as an example when so much better evidence exists.
